Honeymoon!
We began at Pocatello, Idaho staying at the Black Swan Inn in a theme room called the Egyptian.
We then drove to Craters of the Moon north of Arco, then to Bellevue, visited with friends, then to Sun Valley. We ate at the Pioneer Bar in Ketchum a meal we won't forget, then stayed at the Tamarack lodge in Ketchum.
The following day we drove over Galena pass and to Alturas and Redfish lakes, then visited a friend in Stanley. We then went to Sunbeam dam on the Salmon river and onto Yankee Fork, saw the dredge, and the old town of Custer.
We then drove back to Stanley and visited Stanley lake. Then we drove toLowman and to Idaho City.
We continued to Boise and met with Gary's children Ashley and Andrew and had dinner.
The next day we got with Andrew and Ashley and went shopping in Boise and had dinner again and had a wonderful time and spent a second night in Boise.
The following day we visited the Capitol building and downtown Boise to include Albertson park.
We continued to Bliss and turned off and went to Hagerman valley and Thousand Springs.
We then visited family in Buhl, Idaho.
We continued onto Twin Falls and visited with friends as the heavy rain began.
We traveled to a relative's home in Burley where we encountered two feet of fresh snow and we spent the night with her.
This blog contains photos of our trip, Leslie and I are very happy and enjoy and love one another very much.
